That's why TMS List exists.
What we actually do
- Check the data: Every clinic listing includes verified device types, accepted insurance plans, and real patient ratings. We don't let clinics pay to hide bad reviews.
- Explain the science — in English: TMS research is promising but dense. We break it down so you can have a real conversation with your doctor, not just nod along.
- Fight for coverage: Too many insurers still make TMS approval harder than it should be. We publish which plans cover it, what they require, and how to push back when they say no.
Who's behind this
TMS List was built by people who saw firsthand how hard it is to find good mental health care. We're not a clinic. We don't sell treatments. We make money when clinics pay for featured listings — but every clinic on the site, free or featured, goes through the same verification process.
